Bethesda Bagels to Open Next Week in Cabin John Village

Potomac residents craving a fresh, New York-style bagels won’t have to wait much longer. According to an employee at the Rockville location, Bethesda Bagels will officially open its newest store at Cabin John Village on Monday, October 6.

The new shop will be situated in a previously vacant 2,800 SF space next to CVS, a location designed for a restaurant that has long awaited a tenant. This will be one of Bethesda Bagels’ largest locations, offering a small amount of seating for customers who wish to enjoy their food on-site.

The family-owned business, which has been a staple in the DMV area since its founding in 1982, has built a loyal following for its traditional, kettle-boiled bagels and a wide array of cream cheeses and deli sandwiches. The Cabin John Village location marks the sixth store for Bethesda Bagels in the region and the fourth in Montgomery County.
