Chef Lee’s Element, located at 520 Quince Orchard Road in Gaithersburg, has reopened following several weeks of renovations.
The restaurant announced that it is operating with a new chef, and a new management team, and will feature dim sum and dumpling offerings in addition to its established menu. Known for its Asian fusion dishes and traditional Szechuan cuisine, the restaurant highlights the bold flavors, chili heat, and signature numbing spice of Sichuan peppercorns.
The name “Element” reflects the restaurant’s focus on blending flavors in a balanced and artful way, a hallmark of Szechuan cooking.
