Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Special Victims Investigations Division are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Sydney Howell, a missing 14-year-old.
Howell was last seen on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, at 1 a.m., in the 13200 block of Beaver Terrace in Rockville. She is 5-Feet, 2-Inches tall, 120 lbs., with hair in braids with blond highlights and brown eyes.
