Early Sunday, Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services (MCFRS) responded to a rollover collision with reported entrapment on the Inner Loop of I-495 between Rockville Pike and Connecticut Avenue.
According to Chief Spokesperson for MCFRS Pete Piringer, units including PE726, A726, RS741, A701, and PE707 were dispatched. While initial reports indicated someone might be trapped, crews confirmed no entrapment. One person self-extricated and sustained a minor injury. Some lanes were blocked as emergency crews operated on scene.
