UPDATE: Emanuel Koudouovoh has been located safe and unharmed.
Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Special Victims Investigations Division are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Emanuel Koudouovoh, a missing 17-year-old.
Koudouovoh was last seen on Thursday, October 16, 2025, at 12 p.m., in the 23000 block of Tailor Shop Place in Clarksburg. He is 5-Feet, 8-Inches tall, 160 lbs., with brown eyes and black hair. He was last seen wearing a red t-shirt, black pants and white Adidas sneakers
