Uncle Marcos’ Express is now open at 239 Muddy Branch Rd in the Festival at Muddy Branch shopping center in Gaithersburg. The restaurant is located in the space previously occupied by Boca Botanas, which closed in February 2024.

Entrées include options such as ají de gallina, seco de carne, and asado de carne, along with seafood plates like arroz con mariscos and jalea mixta. The restaurant also offers chicken dishes such as arroz con pollo and pollo al horno, a selection of sandwiches including chicharrón and lomito, and soups like the Paraguayan bori bori.
