Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 3rd District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Mercedes Tinju, a missing 81-year-old.
Mercedes Tinju was last seen on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, at approximately 1:00 p.m. in the 1300 block of Apple Avenue in Silver Spring. She is 5-feet, 120 lbs, with brown hair and brown eyes.
