Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Special Victims Investigations Division are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Elkin Herrera, a missing 16-year-old from Silver Spring.
Herrera was last seen on Monday, November 24, 2025, in the 3300 block of Weeping Willow Court in Silver Spring. He is 5-feet, 3-inches tall, 120 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
