Two Story Chimney Ciderworks, the farm-based cidery located at 7115 Damascus Road in Gaithersburg, announced today that it will close later this month.
The cidery is known for its orchard-to-bottle hard ciders and tasting room on the Montgomery County Agricultural Reserve, which opened in 2021, and has been a local favorite since it began selling its ciders at area farmer’s markets.
Two Story posted the following Tuesday morning on its social media accounts:
“We have been so blessed to be a part of this community and so many people’s lives. The friendships and bonds will always be cherished. It is time we trade the early morning markets and late night tasting rooms in for time with our family. Our last day will be December 21. Stop in before the end of the year and share some stories and memories.”
