Wayfair is set to open an outlet store at Arundel Mills in Hanover, MD, bringing the online retailer’s discounted overstock and returned home goods to the region in early 2026.
Wayfair is one of the largest online home-goods retailers in the country, known for selling furniture, décor, appliances, and countless household items through its e-commerce platform.
A Wayfair Outlet is a physical store that sells overstock, discontinued, and returned items at reduced prices, though the company emphasizes that all sales are final, items are sold as is, and no warranties are provided. According to its website, appliances may be returned only within 48 hours if they are found to be defective, and the outlet does not accept returns for items purchased in the store; however, it does accept returns for purchases made on wayfair.com.
Last week, Toys“R”Us opened a new 7,000 square-foot flagship store at Arundel Mills.
The new Arundel Mills location will join existing Wayfair Outlet stores in Texas, North Carolina, Illinois, Georgia, Florida, Massachusetts, Ontario (California), and Arizona. Further details about the opening date will be shared when available.
