Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Cold Case and Missing Persons Unit are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Xiaohong Lui, a missing 64-year-old from Rockville.
Lui was last seen on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, in Rockville. She is 5-feet, 2-inches tall, 120 lbs, with black hair and brown eyes.
