The Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD) and Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services (MCFRS) responded at 6:38 a.m. to a single-vehicle collision in the area of Dickerson Road and Mouth of Monocacy Road in Dickerson.
According to police, one adult male was transported to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, and crews continue to work at the scene as downed wires have forced the closure of the intersection and prompted authorities to advise drivers to seek alternate routes.
