A 13-year-old girl from Kentucky who had been missing since October was located Friday inside a home in Silver Spring after a tip led Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD) and the U.S. Marshals Service to the residence.
According to MCPD, “Wynter Wagoner, of Rockcastle County, KY, was last seen on Oct. 14, 2025. She was located inside a Silver Spring home in the 12000 block of Dalewood Drive.
The Montgomery County Department of Police, in coordination with the U.S. Marshals Service, arrested 37-year-old Christian Alexander Delgado.
Montgomery County Police 4th District officers were dispatched at approximately 5:52 p.m. Friday, Dec. 26, after receiving a tip that the missing girl might be in Montgomery County. Officers and U.S. Marshals deputies located Delgado inside the residence with Wagoner.
Delgado was taken into custody without incident, and Wagoner was transported to an area hospital for evaluation.
The Rockcastle Sheriff’s Office obtained an arrest warrant charging Delgado with kidnapping.
Delgado is currently being held at the Montgomery County Central Processing Unit, where he is awaiting extradition to Kentucky.”
