Montgomery County-based Tacos El Pariente will host the grand opening of its newest food truck on Thursday, January 2, at 5498 Buckeystown Pike in Frederick, Maryland.
The truck will operate daily from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., with a grand opening promotion offering 50% off meals for the first 50 customers.
Tacos El Pariente opened its first brick-and-mortar location at 7889 Cessna Ave. in Gaithersburg and currently operates food trucks at 20220 Frederick Rd. in Germantown, its original truck location, and 18000 Georgia Ave. in Olney.
The menu features birria tacos with consome as its signature item, along with tortas, burritos, enchiladas, esquite, and other Mexican street-style dishes.
