Our Neighborhood Deli, which opened in October 2024 at 240 Main St. in Gaithersburg, has permanently closed.
The restaurant was located in the space that was formerly home to Kentlands Nutrition, which operated there for 15 years before closing. The deli, owned by Gina Goldring, featured a wide-ranging menu that included freshly made sandwiches, New York–style hot dogs, breakfast sandwiches, create-your-own salads, knishes, muffins, cookies, cake slices, and soft serve ice cream.
In October, a GoFundMe was created by community members and local business owners to help the deli remain open and sought to raise $19,500 to cover past-due rent.
