A three-vehicle collision closed a portion of Goshen Road in Gaithersburg on Sunday afternoon, according to Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Service officials.
Chief Spokesperson for Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services (MCFRS) Pete Piringer said the collision occurred on Goshen Road between Severn Road and Lindenhouse Road. Several people were evaluated at the scene by Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Service EMS crews for non life threatening injuries.
Fire and rescue units, including A708, A708B, and PE708, responded to the scene. Goshen Road was closed or blocked between Severn Road and Lindenhouse Road while crews worked, with some lanes blocked as the response continued.
