Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services (MCFRS) responded to a collision involving a trash truck on Thursday afternoon on Woodfield Road near Watkins Road in Gaithersburg.
According to Chief Spokesperson for MCFRS Pete Piringer, the collision involved a rollover, and EMS evaluated the driver at the scene. No injuries were reported, and the driver declined medical treatment. The truck overturned and blocked some lanes of traffic, prompting a response from emergency crews and causing temporary traffic disruptions in the area.
