Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 4th District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Manuel De Jesus Marquez, a missing 83-year-old.
Marquez was last seen on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, at approximately 8 a.m., walking in the 1800 block of Arcola Avenue in Silver Spring. He is 5-feet tall, 120 lbs., with brown eyes, white hair, and currently clean shaven facial hair. He was made seen wearing a black jacket, blue jeans, blue shoes and a red baseball hat.
