UPDATE: Justin Carter Higgs has been located safe and unharmed.
Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Special Victims Investigations Division are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Justin Carter Higgs, a missing 15-year-old.
Higgs was last seen on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, at approximately 9:10 a.m., in the 19500 block of Gallatin Court in Montgomery Village. He is 6-feet tall, 250 lbs., with blonde hair and green eyes and was last seen wearing a black fleece, beige Under Armour sweater and Timberland boots.
