Bokados is now open at the Clarksburg Premium Outlets at 22705 Clarksburg Road.
The menu includes a variety of burgers, sandwiches, hot dogs, and Colombian style street food items. Burger options include the Granjera Madness with grilled beef, bacon, cheese, and a fried egg, the Rodeo Blast with onion rings and barbecue sauce, the La Brava with pepper jack cheese and jalapeños, and the Mar y Tierra topped with crispy shrimp. Other options include a smash burger, a classic cheeseburger, a chicken sandwich, and a veggie burger. Additional menu items include hot dogs topped with mozzarella, chips, bacon, corn, and pineapple sauce, choripán sausage sandwiches, chicken fingers with fries, salteñas filled with chicken or beef, empanadas, and shakes. Sides include French fries and onion rings.
Bokados joins Charleys Cheesesteaks and Kung Fu Tea in the outlets indoor market and food court.
