According to Alert Montgomery, a traffic incident with high water has closed three right lanes of southbound I-270 at Tuckerman Lane in Rockville.
The alert was issued at 2:30 pm on Monday, March 16. Drivers should expect significant delays in the area and are urged to seek an alternate route
