Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Special Victims Investigations Division are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Patricia Gutierrez, a missing 16-year-old from Gaithersburg.
Gutierrez was last seen on Monday, March 16, 2026, in the 400 block of Sternwheeler Court in Gaithersburg. She is 5-feet, 5-inches tall, 120Ibs., with black with green streaks hair, brown eyes, wears glasses, has multiple piercings, and a tattoo on her right wrist. She was last seen wearing a black jacket, dark blue jeans, and carrying a green tote bag.
