Wonder, a modern food hall concept that blends dine in, takeout, and delivery, is coming to Burtonsville, marking its fourth planned site in Montgomery County.
The new location will be in the Burtonsville Crossing shopping center, between Haraz Coffee House and Eggspectation.
The company is also preparing to open its first Montgomery County location this spring at 12240 Rockville Pike in Rockville, taking over the former Stephen Anthony Salon space in Towne Plaza next to California Fish Grill.
Additional locations are planned for Germantown and Gaithersburg. In Germantown, Wonder will occupy the former Jos. A. Bank storefront at 20936 Frederick Road in Neelsville Village Center, a space that had previously been slated for an Amazon 4-star store before the concept was canceled. In Gaithersburg, the company will take over part of the former Party City space in Kentlands, which is being subdivided into multiple storefronts following the retailer’s closure.
Wonder’s concept combines food delivery, takeout, and dine-in service under one roof, allowing customers to order from multiple restaurant brands in a single order.
