Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Special Victims Investigations Division are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Jasmin Gonzales Moreno, a missing 16-year-old from Silver Spring.
Moreno was last seen on Thursday, March 26, 2026 in the 4400 block of Sigsbee Road in Silver Spring. She is 5-feet, 3-inches tall, 160lbs., with black hair, brown eyes, and was last seen wearing a black sweater and black leggings.
