The 14th Annual VisArts Rockville Arts Festival will take place from 10 am to 5 pm on Saturday, May 2 and Sunday, May 3 at Rockville Town Square, featuring more than 130 artists, community art activities and live demonstrations.
The event will be held rain or shine and is expected to draw large crowds to the area.
Road closures will begin at 6 am on Friday, May 1 and remain in place until 9 pm on Sunday, May 3, affecting portions of East Middle Lane and Maryland Avenue. Parking will still be available in nearby garages with adjusted access points, and residents and businesses are advised to plan accordingly for deliveries and travel during the festival weekend.
