Concern for Missing 55-Year-Old

Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 3rd District Investigations Division are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Kelati Negash Tasemma, a missing 55-year-old from Silver Spring.

Tasemma was last seen on Thursday, April 30, 2026, at approximately 5 p.m., at the intersection of E. Randolph Road and Old Columbia Pike in Fairland. He is 6-feet, 3-inches tall, 200 lbs, with black hair, brown eyes, and was last seen wearing a dark colored jacket, gray shirt and black and red shorts.
