Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 6th District Investigation Section are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Emmanual Koudouovoh, a missing 18-year-old.
Koudouovoh was last seen on Sunday, June 28, 2026, at approximately 10:00 p.m., in the 500 block of North Frederick Ave in Gaithersburg. He is 5-feet, 6-inches tall, 153 lbs., with brown eyes and black hair. He was last seen wearing a white shirt, black shorts and gray New Balance sneakers.
