Rockville is launching planning updates for the East Rockville neighborhood and the Rockville Pike corridor, giving residents an opportunity to help shape the future of both areas.
The planning efforts, which build on the Rockville 2040 Comprehensive Plan, will guide future decisions on development, transportation, public infrastructure and land use. The East Rockville plan is expected to be adopted in summer 2027, while the Rockville Pike plan is anticipated to be completed by the end of 2026.
