Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Service crews, including the Bethesda-Chevy Chase Rescue Squad, responded to the 5100 block of Pooks Hill Road in Bethesda at approximately 9:41 p.m. on Tuesday for a report of a person trapped inside a vehicle that had overturned onto its side.
According to the Bethesda-Chevy Chase Rescue Squad, firefighters stabilized the vehicle before safely extricating the occupant. The patient was then turned over to EMS personnel for evaluation and transport. No additional information has been released.
