Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Missing Persons/Cold Case Section are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Sebastien Christian Beard, a missing 26-year-old.
Beard was last seen on Tuesday, June 21, 2026, at approximately 10:05 a.m., boarding a bus in Dover, New Hampshire, on his way back to Maryland. He is 6-feet, 3-inches tall with black hair. He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, grey pants, black backpack and carrying a suitcase with him.
