Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Special Victims Investigations Division are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Delilah Rowe, a missing 14-year-old.
Quispe was last seen on Friday, July 10, 2026, at approximately 5 p.m., in the 18000 block of Fence Post Court in Gaithersburg. She is 5-feet, 3-inches tall, 130 Ibs., with brown eyes and long dark hair. She was last seen wearing a black polo short sleeve shirt, gray sweatpants, and black crocs.
