Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Special Victims Investigations Division are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Cottrell Hale, a missing 11-year-old.
Hale was last seen on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, around 1 a.m., in the 3500 block of Ashton Manor Court in Silver Spring. He is 5 feet tall, 100 lbs., brown eyes and black hair. He was last seen wearing a black shirt and black basketball shorts.
Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Cottrell Hale is asked to call the Montgomery County Police Non-Emergency line at (301) 279-8000 (24-hour line),
