Seven students from Montgomery County have been named recipients of the 2026 Dunkin’ DMV Regional Scholarship Program, earning $2,500 scholarships to support their undergraduate education.
The students were selected from more than 2,300 applicants based on their academic achievement, leadership, and commitment to their schools and communities. The scholarships, funded by Dunkin’ and its franchisees across the Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia region, can be used toward full-time study at an accredited two-year or four-year college, university, or vocational-technical school.
The Montgomery County recipients are:
- Bethesda: Evelyn Hwang, Bethesda-Chevy Chase High School (University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, Class of 2030)
- Boyds: Zoe Soboslay, Northwest High School (University of Georgia, Class of 2030)
- Damascus: Chipo Mwampokolo, Budiriro B College (Montgomery College, Class of 2029)
- Montgomery Village: Katherine Ford, Gaithersburg High School (Montgomery College, Germantown Campus, Class of 2029)
- Rockville: Sarah Lin, Walter Johnson High School (Georgetown University, Class of 2029)
- Rockville: Sarah Mizrahi, Melvin J. Berman Hebrew Academy (University of Maryland, Class of 2029)
- Silver Spring: Victoria Saravia, Colegio Internacional del Sur (University of Maryland, Baltimore County, Class of 2028)
The annual scholarship program recognizes graduating students across the DMV who have demonstrated excellence both in the classroom and through leadership and community involvement.
