Rockville Brew’s, formerly known as Downtown Brew’s, is under new management and entering a new chapter at 5751 Fishers Lane in Rockville.
The business originally opened as Downtown Brew’s in January 2023 and has now introduced a refreshed menu of quick bites featuring Peruvian and Filipino flavors, along with specialty coffee, beer and wine.
The new Brew’s menu includes ceviche, causas, arepas, flatbreads and paninis, with selections such as lomo saltado flatbread, pollo a la brasa panini, tocino bao buns and chicken adobo sliders. The coffee menu includes traditional espresso drinks and several specialty creations.
Arepateca, a popular staple at local food markets, began serving its arepas out of Downtown Brew’s in April 2025 and continued operating there until last month.
To celebrate the new management, Rockville Brew’s will hold a grand reopening weekend August 21-23. Two winners will receive $50 tabs, while one grand-prize winner will receive free drip coffee for life.
