Orange Pocket, a Japanese and Korean-inspired pop culture and lifestyle retailer, will open at Rio in Gaithersburg on Saturday, September 19.
The store is located at 30 Grand Corner Avenue in the former Pier 1 Imports and seasonal Spirit Halloween space.
Orange Pocket will offer a mix of shopping and interactive attractions, including gashapon capsule toy machines, claw machines, blind boxes, Japanese snacks and drinks, beauty and skincare products, toys, collectibles, pet products, stationery, and home goods such as bowls and chopsticks.
The retailer aims to provide a colorful, interactive shopping experience for families and fans of Japanese and Korean pop culture.
