Pâte à Cake Reopens in Gaithersburg With Grand Opening Specials

Pâte à Cake has reopened at 112 Paramount Park Drive in Gaithersburg’s Spectrum Town Center following a temporary closure as the bakery and café prepared a reimagined concept.

The Asian-French patisserie is celebrating its grand reopening on Friday, September 11 and Saturday, September 12. As part of the celebration, Pâte à Cake is offering a limited buy-one-get-one-free deal on cake cups, as well as a free drink with the purchase of any whole cake.

Pâte à Cake temporarily closed in August, when signage at the business announced that it was “being reimagined” and teased “a new experience in celebration cakes and desserts.”

The bakery originally opened in 2020 and is located off Paramount Park Drive near Firebirds and Barking Mad Cafe. Pâte à Cake specializes in custom celebration cakes, French pastries and café drinks, incorporating Asian-inspired flavors such as matcha, lychee and jasmine.

According to the business, its current hours are 11am-7pm Monday through Thursday and 11am-8pm Friday and Saturday.
