Hello Vietnam, located in Rockville’s Twinbrook Center, has been named one of “The Best Cheap Eats Around the DC Area” by Washingtonian.
The recently published list highlights 60 restaurants where diners can get a satisfying meal for less than $25 per person, excluding drinks, tax and tip. More than 200 restaurants across the region were considered.
Washingtonian highlighted Hello Vietnam’s aromatic pho broth, which is simmered throughout the day, as well as its house-made fish sauce. The publication also recommended the bánh mì, bun cha with meatballs and grilled pork, and summer rolls made with grilled shrimp.
Chef and owner Luc Pham opened Hello Vietnam in 2023 at 2200 Veirs Mill Road. The restaurant was launched by the team behind Vietfood and Viet Kitchen at Pike Kitchen and occupies a space formerly home to Asia Market.
