Montgomery County Police are asking for the public’s help locating 17-year-old Kaori Jaidael Riley, who has been missing since Tuesday, September 15.
Riley was last seen in the 100 block of Elmcroft Square in Rockville. He is described as 5 feet, 4 inches tall and approximately 140 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. Police said his clothing is unknown, but he was wearing Nike boots.
