Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services (MCFRS) responded to a four-vehicle collision on northbound I-270 at Exit 15B to Germantown Road on Wednesday.
According to Chief Spokesperson for MCFRS Pete Piringer, emergency medical personnel are evaluating one patient with non-life-threatening injuries. Some northbound lanes are blocked as crews remain on the scene.
