Tyafé, a new café specializing in matcha, specialty lattes, refreshers, mocktails and croffles, is now open at Westfield Wheaton Mall. The shop is located on the mall’s first floor at 11160 Veirs Mill Road.
To celebrate its grand opening, Tyafé is offering a buy-one-get-one-free (BOGO) drink deal on Saturday, October 17, from 10am-9pm (h/t @forkyeah.bites).
The menu features a variety of “ceremonial matcha” drinks, including Biscoff Cookie Butter Matcha, Mango Sticky Rice Matcha, Banana Bread Matcha Latte and Signature Cardamom & Fig Brûlée Matcha. Specialty coffee options include Pistachio Spanish Latte, Tiramisu Latte, Biscoff Cookie Butter Latte and Banana Bread Latte.
Additional offerings include fruit refreshers, espresso drinks, nonalcoholic cocktails and croffles, which combine the flaky texture of a croissant with the shape of a waffle. Croffle varieties include Biscoff Cookie Butter, Cookies and Cream, Strawberries and Cream and Pumpkin Cheesecake.
Tyafé also offers rotating weekly and monthly drink specials called “Ripples,” featuring seasonal flavors and creative combinations. According to the company, its beverages are made without high-fructose corn syrup or artificial sweeteners.
The café is open Monday through Thursday from 10am-8pm, Friday and Saturday from 10am-9pm, and Sunday from 11am-7pm.
