Robeks Fresh Juices & Smoothies has permanently closed its location at 1403 Research Boulevard, Suite A7, in Rockville’s Research Row development after approximately seven years in business.
The smoothie and juice franchise opened at Research Row in 2019. The location was owned and operated by Eion Callwood, a Montgomery Village resident, and was situated between Chick-fil-A and Onelife Fitness, near Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant.
Founded in Southern California in 1996, Robeks specializes in freshly made smoothies, juices, açaí bowls, protein shakes, and other health-focused menu items. The company has continued expanding nationally and reported 106 operating locations and 40 additional locations in development earlier this year.
