Prime Furniture & Mattress Gallery has officially opened at 2A Bureau Drive in Gaithersburg, taking over the former JOANN Fabrics & Crafts space.
The furniture and mattress retailer recently installed permanent signage at the location ahead of its opening.
JOANN Fabrics & Crafts closed in 2025 as part of the company’s nationwide shutdown, which resulted in the closure of approximately 800 stores.
