MilePost 7 Pub, a new restaurant preparing to open at 8000 Flower Avenue in Takoma Park, will host a sneak peek event on Saturday, October 31, from 1pm to 8pm.
The restaurant announced that visitors will be able to stop by for drinks and snacks while getting an early look at the space ahead of its official opening.
The neighborhood pub, from chef and restaurateur Brad Feickert, is taking over the former Mansa Kunda location. Plans include Americana-style food, a daily $5 happy-hour menu, weekend brunch, sports on television, live performances, and an ice cream and candy shop. Feickert is also behind Soko Butcher and Koma in Takoma Park, Harvey’s by Soko at Union Market, and Soko Cheesesteaks at Capital One Arena.
An official opening date for MilePost 7 Pub has not yet been announced.
