The Adventure Park at Sandy Spring has been voted the Best Amusement Park and Climbing Venue in the DMV for the third consecutive year by readers of Washington Parent Magazine. The park was founded in 2010 and attracts around 100,000 annual visitors.
Per Adventure Park: “After nearly 30,000 votes, Washington Parent Magazine readers named The Adventure Park at Sandy Spring the best Amusement Park, Climbing Venue, and Date Night destination in the DMV.
The Adventure Park at Sandy Spring has won the “Best Amusement Park” & “Best Climbing Venue” categories in the Washington Parent “Parents Picks” competition for 3 consecutive years.
In the Spring of 2024, The Adventure Park at Sandy Spring finished 2nd overall in USA Today’s “10Best” Aerial Adventure Park competition. Sandy Spring was voted 1st overall in the continental United States.
