Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Germantown Investigative Section, are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing Germantown woman.
Prather was last seen on Tuesday, October 29 at 3 p.m. in the 9900 block of Medical Center Drive. She may be in Germantown. She is 5-feet, 6-inches tall, black hair, brown eyes, and was last seen wearing a white jacket, blacks striped shirt, black pants
