UPDATE: Louise Willa Downes has been located safe and unharmed.
Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 3rd District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Louise Willa Downes, a missing 78-year-old.
Downes was last seen on Thursday, December 12, 2024, near the 3100 block of Gracefield Road in Silver Spring. She is 5-feet, 5-inches tall, 160 lbs., with white/gray hair. She was last seen wearing a white cardigan and blue dress. She may be driving her black/charcoal Toyota Corolla with Maryland registration: 7FD9613
