Ruby Thai Kitchen at the Westfield Montgomery Mall dining terrace has closed.
The restaurant’s menu included popular dishes such as Mango Chicken, Pad Thai, Pad Mein, Wonton Noodle Soup, Cheese Wontons, and Vegetable Spring Rolls. The space will soon be replaced by Thai Express, which is expected to open shortly after a quick remodel.
In other dining terrace/food court news, Falafel Inc recently opened in the space recently occupied by Butter Chicken House, next to Chick-Fil-A, and Subway is set to open in 2025 in the former space of J. Chow’s, which closed in December 2023.
