Suspect Wanted for Bethesda Liquor Store Thefts and Burglaries

The Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD) is seeking the public’s help in identifying a suspect involved in multiple thefts and burglaries at Montgomery County Liquor and Wine on Hampden Lane in Bethesda between April and October 2024.

According to MCPD, the suspect entered the store and stole property on April 7 and September 4. On October 6, the suspect forced entry into the store and stole property. On October 27, the same suspect damaged the front door of the store with a rock in an effort to enter and left the scene. The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, in his twenties or thirties, with a medium build, black hair and a black mustache .
