According to Maryland Lottery and Gaming, Maryland’s six casinos combined to generate $155,150,298 in revenue from slot machines and table games during February 2025, a decrease of $4,076,380 (-2.6%) compared to February 2024. Casino gaming contributions to the state during February 2025 totaled $65,225,418, a decrease of $2,569,575 (-3.8%) compared to February 2024. The February 2025 contributions included $47,094,585 to the Education Trust Fund, a decrease of $1,808,122 (-3.7%) compared to February 2024.
Per the news release distributed on Wednesday, March 5: “Casino gaming revenues also support the communities and jurisdictions where the casinos are located, Maryland’s horse racing industry, and small, minority- and women-owned businesses.
Maryland’s six privately owned casinos offer both slot machines and table games: MGM National Harbor in Prince George’s County; Live! Casino & Hotel in Anne Arundel County; Horseshoe Casino Baltimore in Baltimore City; Ocean Downs Casino in Worcester County; Hollywood Casino Perryville in Cecil County; and Rocky Gap Casino Resort in Allegany County.
The gaming revenue totals for February 2025 were as follows:
MGM National Harbor (2,274 slot machines, 211 table games)
$66,921,826 in February 2025, an increase of $90,007 (0.1%) from February 2024
Live! Casino & Hotel (3,809 slot machines, 179 table games)
$57,006,888 in February 2025, a decrease of $2,335,283 (-3.9%) from February 2024
Horseshoe Casino (1,338 slot machines, 115 table games)
$14,082,816 in February 2025, a decrease of $873,146 (-5.8%) from February 2024
Hollywood Casino (719 slot machines, 23 table games)
$7,145,410 in February 2025, a decrease of $257,541 (-3.5%) from February 2024
Ocean Downs Casino (892 slot machines, 19 table games)
$6,108,732 in February 2025, a decrease of $246,394 (-3.9%) from February 2024
Rocky Gap Casino (630 slot machines, 16 table games)
$3,884,625 in February 2025, a decrease of $454,022 (-10.5%) from February 2024
