Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services (MCFRS) responded to a building fire at a large storage barn on Burnt Hill Rd in Clarksburg on Monday evening.
According to MCFRS spokesperson David Pazos, the fire was reported around 5:37 PM after a person using binoculars saw smoke. Crews located the building with help from the 911 caller and extinguished the fire.
There were no injuries, and firefighters remained on scene to check for any fire extension. The cause is undetermined and under investigation.
